We recommend washing your clothes in cold water. Set your washing machine to the cold water setting and make sure the water temperature is below 30°C (86°F). Add a mild detergent to the washing machine, following the manufacturer's instructions for the correct amount.

We manufacture in our own factory in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Owning our production end-to-end is what allows us to deliver quality, ethical production, and accessible pricing — three things that have traditionally been a pick-two in modest fashion.
We oversee every stage ourselves, from fabric sourcing to final stitch, so we can hold our standards on craftsmanship, working conditions, and pricing without compromise.
You can find our Size Guide just below the ‘ADD TO BAG’ button. For extra help, we’ve also included our model’s measurements and the size she’s wearing under the ‘Fit & Fabric’ tab.
Because we work in small, considered runs from our own factory in Dhaka, quantities are often limited. A piece may not return once sold out, unless we're able to source the same fabric again.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We’re confident in the quality of our handmade pieces, which is why we offer a no-hassle free returns policy in the UK and US.
If you’re an international customer outside of the UK or US, please note that we may not be able to cover the full return cost, but we’ll always do our best to assist in some of this return cost.

If you’re based in the EU or the US, you won’t have to pay any additional customs fees or VAT; the price you see at checkout is the final price with no extra charges.

We aim to despatch all orders placed before 5pm (Monday to Friday) on the same day. Orders placed after 5pm will be despatched the next day, and orders placed over the weekend will be despatch on the Monday.
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We prepare and dispatch orders quickly to provide the best possible service, so while we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we can’t guarantee that cancellations will always be possible once an order has been prepared.
