We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered, provided the item meets our return eligibility requirements.
UK returns are currently free and can be started through our returns portal:
US returns are currently free. To start a US return, please contact us at support@jawda.co.uk.
EU and other international customers can also return eligible items, but return shipping costs are usually the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or we have stated otherwise.
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds usually take 5 to 7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please allow up to 21 working days in total before contacting support.

We aim to despatch all in-stock orders as quickly as possible.
Orders placed by 14:00 UK time on a business day are usually despatched the same day.
Orders placed after 14:00 UK time, or on weekends or UK public holidays, will usually be processed on the next business day.
Due to warehouse operating hours, we are unable to ship after 17:00 UK time.
Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been despatched. The delivery options and estimated timeframes available for your address will be shown at checkout.
For US and EU orders, import charges and VAT are covered by Jawda, so you should not be charged additional customs or VAT fees on delivery.
For orders outside the UK, US and EU, customs duties, import VAT, taxes or local charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
Some pieces may be available for pre-order.
If an item is on pre-order, the estimated despatch date or timeframe will be shown on the product page, at checkout, or in our communications with you.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship everything together once all items are available, unless we choose to split the shipment.
Payments on our website are processed securely through trusted payment providers.
Payment providers follow strict security standards to help protect your payment information.
Jawda does not store your full card details.
If a product or size is out of stock, you may be able to sign up for a back-in-stock notification on the product page.
Where available, we will let you know by email when that item becomes available again.
Some pieces are made in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.
