1. Online store terms
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state or region of residence, or that you have given us permission to allow any minor dependants to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must not use our website or services in any way that breaches any applicable laws or regulations.
You must not transmit viruses, malware, harmful code or anything designed to damage, interrupt or interfere with the operation of the website.
A breach of these Terms may result in the immediate termination of your access to our services.
2. General conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, where permitted by law.
You understand that your content, excluding payment information, may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmissions over various networks. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the website, service, products or content without our express written permission.
The headings used in these Terms are included for convenience only and do not limit or affect the meaning of these Terms.
3. Accuracy of information
We try to make sure that all information on our website is accurate, complete and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all information will always be error-free.
The material on this website is provided for general information and should not be relied upon as the only basis for making decisions.
We reserve the right to update, change or remove content from the site at any time, but we are not obliged to update any information unless required by law.
4. Products and availability
Certain products may be available exclusively online through our website. These products may have limited quantities and may be subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy and your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. We may discontinue any product at any time.
We make every effort to display product colours, fabrics, textures and details as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and photography.
Product measurements are provided as a guide. Small variations may occur due to fabric behaviour, garment construction, finishing and the nature of handmade or small-batch production.
Some of our products are made using natural fibres such as cotton and linen. Natural fabrics may crease, soften, shrink slightly, or change with wear and washing. This is part of the nature of the fabric and does not usually indicate a fault.
5. Pricing and changes to our service
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to amend, pause, discontinue or withdraw any part of the website or service at any time without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any price change, product withdrawal, service change, suspension or discontinuation, except where required by law.
If a pricing error occurs on our website, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price. If your payment has already been taken, we will refund you the amount paid.
6. Orders and order acceptance
When you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean that your order has been accepted.
Your order is accepted once it has been processed and despatched, or when we otherwise confirm acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, misuse of discount codes, pricing error, stock error, payment issue or breach of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you the amount paid.
7. Billing and account information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed through our website.
You agree to promptly update your account, address, email and payment information so that we can complete your order and contact you where needed.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
8. Pre-orders
Some products may be available for pre-order.
Where an item is sold on pre-order, the estimated despatch date or timeframe will be shown on the product page, at checkout, or in our communications with you.
Pre-order dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to production timelines, shipping delays, customs clearance, quality control, supplier delays or operational issues.
If there is a significant delay to your pre-order, we will aim to contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
If you order a pre-order item together with an in-stock item, we may ship the full order together once all items are available, unless we choose to split the shipment.
Your usual consumer cancellation rights still apply to pre-orders, unless the item is made to your specification, personalised, or otherwise exempt under applicable law.
9. Promotions, discounts and bundle offers
Promotional offers, discount codes, sale prices and bundle offers are subject to availability and may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time.
Discount codes cannot usually be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.
Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.
Where an order includes a bundle, multi-buy offer, free gift, promotional discount or conditional offer, any refund may be adjusted to reflect the final items kept.
For example, if a discount was applied because a minimum number of items were purchased, and you return part of the order, your refund may be calculated based on the price that would have applied to the items you kept.
Free gifts or promotional items may need to be returned if the qualifying item or order is returned. If they are not returned, we may deduct the value of the gift from your refund where permitted by law.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
10. Gift cards and store credit
Gift cards and store credit may be subject to additional terms shown at the time of issue.
Gift cards are not usually refundable or exchangeable for cash, unless required by law.
If a refund is issued for an order paid fully or partly with a gift card or store credit, the refund may be returned to the original gift card or store credit balance.
11. Shipping and delivery
Delivery timeframes shown on our website are estimates only.
We will do our best to despatch and deliver orders within the stated timeframe, but delays may occur due to courier issues, high order volumes, customs clearance, public holidays, weather, strikes, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is handled by the courier. We are not responsible for courier delays, but we will do our best to support you where an issue arises.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is delayed, lost or returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may require you to pay any additional delivery costs.
For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
12. International orders, duties and taxes
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import VAT, taxes, brokerage fees or local import charges may apply depending on the destination country.
For US and EU orders, import charges and VAT are covered by Jawda, so you should not be charged additional customs or VAT fees on delivery.
For other international destinations, any customs duties, import VAT, taxes, brokerage fees or local charges are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
Customs rules vary by country, and while we do our best to make international delivery as smooth as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or local courier handling.
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to unpaid charges, failed delivery, or incorrect address information, we may deduct any shipping, return, courier, customs or handling costs from your refund where permitted by law.
13. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You are responsible for checking the Refund Policy before placing an order.
Items must be returned in line with the conditions set out in our Refund Policy. This usually means items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free from marks, scents or damage, and returned with any original tags or packaging where applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or make a deduction from your refund if an item is returned used, damaged, marked, altered, washed, scented, missing tags, or otherwise not in a resaleable condition, where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
14. UK consumer cancellation rights
If you are a UK consumer buying online, you usually have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Once we receive the returned item, or you provide evidence that it has been sent back, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
We may make a deduction from your refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, resulting in a reduction in value.
We will usually refund the standard delivery cost paid for the original order where required by law. If you chose a more expensive delivery method, such as express delivery, we may only refund the standard delivery amount.
You are usually responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or we have stated otherwise.
Cancellation rights do not apply to certain items, including items that are made to your specification, personalised, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed, or other items exempt under applicable law.
This section does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
15. Faulty or incorrect items
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@jawda.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, refund or other solution in line with your statutory rights.
Faults do not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, failure to follow care instructions, accidental damage, alterations, or issues caused by washing or handling the item incorrectly.
16. Product care
You are responsible for following the care instructions provided with the product, on the product page, or on the garment label.
We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, ironing, steaming, storage, stain removal, or general misuse.
Natural fibres and delicate fabrics may require extra care. Some creasing, texture change or softening over time may be expected.
17. Optional tools and third-party services
We may provide access to third-party tools, services, apps or integrations that we do not monitor or control.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools and services “as is” and “as available”, without warranties or conditions of any kind.
Any use of optional third-party tools or services is entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms provided by the relevant third party.
18. Third-party links
Certain content, products or services available through our website may include materials from third parties.
Third-party links on this website may direct you to websites that are not affiliated with us.
We are not responsible for reviewing or evaluating third-party content, accuracy, policies or practices. We are not liable for any harm, loss or damage related to the use of third-party websites, products or services.
Please review the policies and terms of any third-party website before engaging in any transaction.
19. User comments, reviews and submissions
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, feedback, suggestions, ideas or other content to us, whether online, by email, through social media, or otherwise, you agree that we may use, edit, publish, share, translate and display that content in connection with our business, marketing and website.

You agree that your submissions will not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, privacy, trademark or other personal or proprietary rights.
You also agree that your submissions will not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, offensive, obscene or harmful material.
We reserve the right to remove or edit content that we consider inappropriate, unlawful, misleading, offensive, or in breach of these Terms.
