Shipping policy

This shipping policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DESPATCHED?
We aim to despatch all in-stock orders as quickly as possible. Orders received by 14:00 (UK time) on a Business Day are usually despatched the same day; orders received after 14:00 (UK time) or on a non-Business Day (weekends and UK public holidays) will be processed on the next Business Day.

Operational cut-off: Due to warehouse operating hours, we are unable to ship after 17:00 (UK time). If your order completes after our cut-off or the final carrier collection, it will move to the next despatch cycle.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders above £50.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free standard shipping is not valid on international orders. Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. For EU and UK consumers: this does not affect your statutory rights. For more information please refer to our Terms.

WHAT IF I USED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS?
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided is correct. If it is not correct, it is the buyer's responsibility to notify Jawda Islamic Store to correct the address.

In the scenario an incorrect address is provided, then the buyer is held responsible. Jawda Islamic Store is not liable to provide a refund unless the goods are returned back.
