There are a few ways you can earn points at Jawda Rewards:

Create an account and earn 250 points
If you leave product reviews via our website, you will earn 200 points for each review
Give us a follow on Instagram to earn 250 points
As a birthday treat, we will gift you 1000 points to treat yourself
Referring your friend to join Jawda Rewards will earn you 2000 points (please refer to our FAQ referral section for more information)
Points can mainly be earned through making purchases

Every 1000 points = £5 (or unit of currency) to spend on future purchases. Save up your points to unlock even bigger discounts.

Points are added instantly after your purchase is completed.

Yes. Points expire 12 months after they’re earned, so be sure to treat yourself before they’re gone!

Yes, you’ll earn points on all eligible purchases, including sale items.

Yes! Your points can be redeemed on full-price and sale items, unless otherwise stated in the promotion’s terms.

If you return an item, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your balance.

Redeeming rewards

How do I redeem my points? How do I redeem my points?

Once you have earned a set number of points, you will receive an email with a voucher code you can use at our checkout. You can also find these voucher codes on your rewards page after signing into your account.

Log in to your account on our website and navigate to the rewards section. There, you can view your current points balance, available rewards, and your progress towards the next VIP tier.

Can I combine points with other discounts or promo codes? Can I combine points with other discounts or promo codes?

No. You cannot combine the reward codes with other discounts or promo codes.

Our loyalty programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. As you earn points, you’ll move up through the tiers.

Bronze: 0–9999 points
Silver: 10,000–29,999 points
Gold: 30,000+ points

Each tier unlocks exclusive perks and special rewards.

The number of points you earn per £1 (or unit of currency) spent increases as you climb the tiers.

Bronze: Earn 10 points per £1 spent
Silver: Earn 15 points per £1 spent
Gold: Earn 20 points per £1 spent

Our referral program rewards you for sharing Jawda with your family and friends! When you refer someone, you earn 2000 points, and your friend gets a discount of 20% off of their first purchase.

Can I transfer points to a friend? Can I transfer points to a friend?

No. Points are linked to your account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

How do I earn points through referrals? How do I earn points through referrals?

You’ll earn 2000 points when your friend makes their first purchase using your unique referral link. To find your referral link, log in to your account and go to the rewards page or access it through the Rewards Widget located at the corner of our website.

Please note, that referral codes can only be applied to orders above £50 (or equivalent in other currencies).

Once your friend makes their first purchase with your referral code, your points will be automatically added to your account.

Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer? Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?

There is no limit to how many friends you refer! Each successful referral will earn you 2000 points.

Eligibility

Jawda Rewards: open to all customers aged 18 or over with a registered Jawda account. Membership is free and available to all customers.

Earning Points

Taxes and shipping are excluded.

Gift card purchases excluded.

Items purchased using points excluded.

Points are awarded after an order is complete; cannot be earned on refunded or cancelled orders.

Redeeming Points

1000 points = £5 credit

Cannot be redeemed in conjunction with promotions or discount codes.

Refunds

If there is a cancellation/return on an order/item paid with points, the points will be refunded to their accounts.

Limitations / Exclusions

Points have no cash value and can only be used on jawda.co.uk.

One account per person.

Any attempt to exploit or game the programme will result in account closure.

Changes to the Programme

We have the right to update, pause or end the programme.
