Refund policy

Important for full transparency:

[1] Items on sale were previously ineligible for return; sale items can now be returned just like full-priced items.

[2] Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns paid through gift cards. We do, however, accept exchanges and provide store credit.

[3] If you claim one of our free product bundles, but the free product is not included in the returned package after purchasing a product(s) with the discount code "Buy one get *any product* free," we will deduct the amount of the free product from the refund. If you wish for a full refund, please ensure to provide a full return of all products.



We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for either a refund or an exchange.

We offer a no quibble free UK and USA returns policy, which means you can return your products absolutely free of charge with no questions asked.

For international returns outside of the USA, we offer free returns up to a certain value depending on the weight of your parcel. Please contact us at support@jawda.co.uk to find out more before you proceed in returning your purchased items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, shipping and delivery charges are not refunded upon return.

Once approved, we will provide further instructions and a returns label for you to print and attach to the package, so you can send the items back to us hassle-free.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return has been approved, the items must be sent back to us within an additional 10 days after the initial 14-day return period for UK customers, or within 21 days for international customers. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Please do also note, if you are eligible for free returns OR partially reimbursed returns, we can only provide one such return per order.




Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@jawda.co.uk.

Please note, that we do not offer refunds on separate shipping costs once we have dispatched the goods. 

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the items reach us safely. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as refunds or exchanges will only be processed once we have received the returned items in their original condition.

 

If the free product is not included in the refunded package after purchasing a product(s) with the discount code "Buy one get *any product* free," we will deduct the amount of the free product from the refund.

 

If the return of product(s) leads to the total value of the order being less than the 'Free Shipping' threshold, then Jawda Islamic Store Limited has the right to deduct shipping costs of the original order from the refund amount.

As an example, if the total order value is £200, and the 'Free Shipping' threshold is £150, free shipping will be awarded. However, if £60 worth of goods are returned, then the total order value becomes £140, which is less than £150. An additional charge of £20 will be applied (as an example), leading to the total refund to be £40 as opposed to £60 to cover shipping costs.

 

At Jawda Islamic Store, we do not charge any handling fees to process returns and exchanges. However, for orders over £400, we have the right to charge a small handling fee of £30-50 ONLY IF more than half of the order is returned. This includes multiple orders over the span of 14 days.
