We recommend washing your clothes in cold water. Set your washing machine to the cold water setting and make sure the water temperature is below 30°C (86°F). Add a mild detergent to the washing machine, following the manufacturer's instructions for the correct amount.

Our Abayas range by height. A size 54 represents an Abaya that is 54" long from the top of the Abaya right to the bottom. Please refer to the Size Guide, which can be found just under the Size selections for each Abaya.
The fabrics we carefully handpick in the UK are limited in quantity. It is therefore that the same Abaya may not return in stock unless we manage to find the same fabric again. This applies to all Abayas, but some more than others.
If you are interested in a particular Abaya that is not in stock, make sure you click 'Notify me when available' to be the first to know!
We have built our own professional team based in London, UK to manufacture all of our products. We carefully inspect every product before they are shipped out to ensure you receive only the highest quality of products.
We do not import Abayas from abroad.
Our fabrics are also handpicked here in the UK, so we are able to select only the best of fabrics.
Yes! We offer shipping to all countries around the world. Please visit our checkout page to see how much shipping costs will be; it will depend on the number of items you are looking to purchase and the country you are based in.
All orders over £150 are liable for free shipping, regardless of country!

If you are an international customer outside of the UK, you may have to pay your country's custom taxes when your parcel arrives into your country.
However, in 95% of cases, you will not have to pay any customs or duties. Please contact us if you would like to find out more information.

We aim to despatch all orders placed before 5pm (Monday to Friday) on the same day. Orders placed after 5pm will be despatched the next day, and orders placed over the weekend will be despatch on the Monday.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible within 15 minutes. We prepare and despatch orders as quick as we can to provide you with the best possible service. If you contact us after the 15 minute window, there is a chance the order would have already been prepared.
