I took off two stars because of a couple of reasons. First reason being that the material is a bit rough and a little bit itchy on the inside of the arms. I wish it was lined with a softer natural material that would take away that feel. Another reason is because the slit on the dress is more center than was portrayed on the instagram page and website. It’s not horrible but I thought it was going to be more of a side slit rather than one down the center. Tying the dress definitely drags the slit a bit more to the side but it is still in the center. Another reason is because I was under the impression that the black would be a lot darker but the materials give the black a bit of a shine that lifts that color a bit. I know it seems like I’m criticizing a lot but these are things I am being honest and open about for people to know before they purchase. As for the pros of the dress, the dress has a beautiful silhouette and doesn’t need to be tied tight for it to look nice. The material is thick and even when I got hot and sweated I didn’t feel extremely uncomfortable in the dress. Even though it was itchy, it didn’t irritate my skin. I have sensitive skin so a lot of things bother me but thankfully this dress didn’t give me any irritation (I believe that is because of the natural materials used to make this dress). The collar is also very beautiful. I will be keeping the dress for the fall as I think the material might do better on my skin during the fall season. I hope it holds up well over the upcoming years.
Such a versatile dress. dressed it up with heels for a wedding function and down with sandals for the park. the full length sleeves mean no layering needed either
Wasn't sure about the slit at first but it's really modest when layered - actually makes it so much easier to walk. The fabric is lightweight and I stayed cool all day even in the July heat.
The attached tie is a lovely touch, you can style it different ways depending on the occasion. Fabric feels premium and airy at the same time. Very happy with this purchase.

the ruching at the waist is so flattering. i got a size M and it fits perfectly, relaxed but not baggy. the linen cotton is so breathable too

Because we work in small, considered runs from our own factory in Dhaka, quantities are often limited. A piece may not return once sold out, unless we're able to source the same fabric again.
